DLTHDK600 series-Inner Cooling Twist Drills for General Purpose

Literal statement:

Carbide drills provide faster cutting rates, longer tool life, better positional and dimensional accuracy and improved surface finish. Slot and pocket milling often creates chip evacuation problems, especially on vertical machining centers. Re-cutting chips can cause end mill failure.  Coolant-through end millshelp evacuate chips from the cutting zone. This eliminates the problem or re-cutting chips.

We can produce 3D,5D, 8D drills according to customer's requirements or nonstandard drills as customized. We could also produce nonstandard end mills as customized. 

Tool material composition:
1. Physical Properties:
a. Hardness greater than or equal to 92.8 HRA;
b. Density greater than or equal to 14.2g/cm³;
c. TRS greater than or equal to 4200 N/mm²;
d. Free of ETA phase condition;
e. No contamination by other materials;
f. Porosity = A00/ B00 / C00 ;
g. Uniform and consistent grain size. No grain size can be larger than specified.
h. Chromium carbide grain growth inhibitor only.
2. All the tools of production, coatings are used in Germany, Switzerland,  processing equipment;
3. It's proposed cutting less than 60HRC.

Attention:

  • Make sure work peice and machine are stable and use a precision holder, use hydraulic chucks, high quality collet chucks.
  • Make sure total indicated run-out(TIR) is less than 0.02mm.
  • The recommended cutting condition is suitable for apply water soluable.
  • If the tool size is not in the table. Please refer to the table closet to the blade diameter size selection of cutting parameters, adjust cutting parameters according to actual working conditions during processing.
